D.A.V.Khadia fraternity celebrated 147th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi in the assembly ground. Everyone paid tribute to the immortal souls of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri and remembered their invaluable contributions to the nation by reciting poems and singing patriotic songs and bhajans. On this occasion Hon’ble Principal, Mr.Ashok Mathur addressed the students and motivated them to get inspiration from the life story of these great leaders to become self-aware global citizens imbibed with compassion and values. He also encouraged them to keep their surroundings clean and hygienic and be a part of “Cleanliness Campagne” under “Swachh Bharat Abhiyan”.
