THREE DAYS HEARTFULNESS MEDITATION WORKSHOP

D.A.V.Sr.Sec.Public School, Khadia organized three days Heartfulness Meditation Workshop in the school auditorium from17th April to 19th April, 2018 for the teachers and students of class X and XII. Shri. Sumit Naarang and Shri.S.N.Singh, the expert trainers from ShriRam Chandra Mission, Heartfulness Institute, Chennai elaborated the importance of meditation in our day to day life and focused on the different steps of meditation. In the first master class, Shri Sumit Naarang guided everyone to feel relaxed for physical-mental coherence and concentrate on the divine source present within our heart. In the second master class Shri S.N.Singh guided and led everyone to meditation removing the negative thoughts, stress and complex emotions to gain positivity and be refreshed. In the third class, they made everyone to learn to connect with his/her inner self by listening to the heart’s voice and be enlightened with the positive thoughts.
At the end of the workshop Hon’ble Principal Shri Ashok Mathur advised the students to practice meditation everyday to detox their mind and rejuvenate themselves so that they can perform well in every field energetically. He also suggested them to observe their everyday experience after meditation and the deepest feelings which will help them in making wise choices and weaving their destiny.
