CELEBRATION OF 6TH INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY-2020

DAV PUBLIC SCHOOL, KHADIA has been celebrating 'YOGA DAY' since 2015 with all the students and school staff. Due to COVID - 19. Pandemic this year the INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY-2020 was celebrated today on 21/06/2020 by all the students, teachers, their family members and all the staff members at their homes under the guidance of honorable Principal, Mrs. Sandhya Pandey. All the members DAV PS Khadia family participated in an hour session from 6:30a.m to 7: 30 am and shared their yoga pics on the school WhatsApp group. With great enthusiasm and fervor, each member of DAV fraternity performed various Asanas and showed active participation. The Principal appreciated the constructive approach of all the school students and members towards yoga and extended best wishes to stay fit and healthy following the guidelines of AYUSH MANTRALYA. Madam gave an important message ‘to inculcate yoga practice in everyday life’ and continue the process of healthy living.
