^{INVESTITURE CEREMONY OF STUDENT COUNCIL}

^{D.A.V. PS Khadia solemnized the Investiture Ceremony of Student Council 2018-19 on 17th July, 2018 at 11: 00a.m in the school assembly ground with a great zeal and enthusiasm.}

^{The ceremony was inaugurated with the recitation of Gayatri Mantra followed by DAV Anthem. Hon’ble Chief Guest, Shri. Sayeed Gouri, Project Officer of Khadia Project and Special Guest, Shri P. P. Pandey, Dy. SO (P) conferred the sash and badges to the ‘Head Boy’ and ‘Head Girl’ of the school. There after badges were conferred to the Dy. Head Boy, Dy. Head Girl, Sports Captain, Cultural Captain, and Captains and Vice-Captains of all the four houses. The Council Members took the oath led by Worthy Principal, Shri Ashok Mathur to work diligently according to the constitution of D. A. V . PUBLIC SCHOOL, Khadia, to be responsible representative of their institution and work to the best of their ability. Then the Head Girl and the Head Boy thanked everyone and promised to serve as a positive role model, leader, and voice for the students.}

^{Hon’ble Chief Guest distributed the certificates and medals to the students for their achievements in sports at the National Level. Shradhanand House was declared as the ‘Best House Of The Year 2017-18” and awarded with the Running Trophy. Mr. A. P. Shukla, House Master of Shradhanand House along with his team received the trophy.}

^{The programme ended with the blessings of the Chief Guest who encouraged the students to put best of their efforts in every field of their choice and always be motivated with their own achievements.}
