XI Painting competition on Energy Conservation

Painting Competition was held on 21st Sept. 2016 for Category ‘A’ (Classes 4, 5 and 6) and on 24th Sept. 2016 Category ‘B’ (Classes 7, 8 and 9) painting was held. The topic for Category A was “Save Energy, Save Environment” and for Category ‘B’ it was “Don’t be cruel, save fuel.” All the students from 4th to 9th participated. Two best paintings were selected and forwarded.

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration

On 1st Oct, 2016 Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated in the assembly area.  Students gave inspirational speech and presented a small act based on life incidents of Mahatma Gandhi. The small act gave the message to make the best use of small things, never do cheating and follow honesty.

Vigilance Awareness Week” Observed from 18th Oct. to 29th Oct.
DAV Khadia observed Vigilance awareness from 18th Oct. to 29th Oct. Drawing, Essay Writing, Debate, Slogan writing and a skit based on corruption free society were organized in which all the students from I to XII as per their activity participated. The closing ceremony was held on 31st Oct. 2016 with the prize distribution to winners.
