Like every year this year also D.A.V.Sr.Sec.Public School, Khadia organized Tree Plantation Drive for fifteen consecutive days which ended on 14th August, 2018. Hon’ble Principal, Shri Ashok Mathur started this drive by planting trees with his own hands and addressed the gathering. He stressed on the dire need of tree plantation as trees are invaluable for our life-saving oxygen, bringing rain and maintaining natural beauty. Trees give us everything that forms the basis of our life. He added that trees are very important to maintain the ecological balance on this earth.
D.A.V. Khadia fraternity participated whole heartedly and planted many saplings of trees in the school premises and its surroundings and made this drive successful.
