Like every year this year also D.A.V.Sr. Sec. Public School, Khadia celebrated the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan as ‘Teacher’s Day’ with great zeal, gusto and fervency. Students of class XII played the role of teachers. A beautiful colorful cultural programme comprising of song, dance, skit and kavi-sammelan was organized by the students of class XI & XII. There were some entertaining games for the teachers that made their day explicable. The performance of students on the stage, exclusively for the teachers was a memorable one. Hon’ble Principal, Sri. Ashok Mathur blessed all the students appreciating their performance, love, respect and affection for their teachers. In his address the Principal reminded the teachers that teaching is a pious profession which requires a lot of patience and caring attitude. Being nation builders teachers are accountable to the society in which they are living in. Head Girl, Kajal Mathur and Head Boy, Vansham Mishra expressed their gratitude to the teachers on behalf of all the students of D.A.V.Khadia.
