D.A.V.Sr.Sec. Public school, Khadia conducted several activities from 1st September to 15th September, 2018 under the mission of Swachhata Pakhwada.
1. Cleanliness of the school premises with all the members of the school was taken up on 1st September, 2018
2. Duties & working plan for cleaning school toilets were given to the sweepers in the school on 4th September, 2018.
3. Essay writing competition for the students was organized on 6th September, 2018 on the topic” Keeping our surroundings clean is our moral responsibility”.
4. A rally on Cleanliness was taken out on 7th September, 2018 in which all the students from class VI to IX & XI with their class teachers participated. At around 7:45 a.m. the rally was flagged off by Hon’ble Principal, Sri Ashok Mathur. The rally was conducted to spread the message of cleanliness in the society by cleaning the surroundings.
5. A drawing competition was organized on 8th September, 2018 on the theme “CLEANLINESS”.
6. An exhibition of ‘Drawings on Cleanliness’’ was conducted on 11th September, 2018 in the school auditorium displaying the artistic streaks of the students on cleanliness. Students from different classes were brought to the school auditorium to view all the drawings
