ANNUAL EXHIBITION ‘SPLENDOUR’

D. A. V. Sr. Sec. Public School, Khadia organized an Annual Exhibition ‘SPLENDOUR’ on 17^th December, 2018 in the school premises with gaiety and exuberance. Reverend Chief Guest Sri. M. K. Prasad, General Manager of Khadia Project, Sri.  P. P. Pandey, Deputy Manager (Personnel) and other NCL dignitaries headed by Honorable Principal Mrs. Sandhya Pandey lighted the ceremonial lamp and inaugurated the exhibition.

 The Chief Guest and his team visited each and every section of the exhibition. All the students from LKG to std. XII participated in the exhibition with great innovative temperament and exhibited their knowledge and creative skills in different subjects of their interest.

 The event was carried out zealously wherein LKG students showcased cartoon characters and UKG students displayed animals kingdom, students from primary, secondary and senior secondary level presented both still and working models depicting different themes in Science such as Hydrochloric system, Automatic street light, Automatic Railway Crossing. Students interested in Mathematics demonstrated Trigonometry Ratios, Clinometers, and Automatic Circle Drawing Machine. There were also the models related to Social Science like Waste water treatment Plant, Qutub Minar, Ruins of Nalanda University; in English ‘Shakespeare’s Theatrical Arena’, ‘Grammar Forest’, ‘Practical Learning of Preposition’, ‘Bloom’s Taxonomy’; and there were the models displaying Ancient Gurukul System, the life story of the authors and poets of Hindi and Sanskrit literature, Trees of Hindi and Sanskrit grammar, months, seasons and Vedas.

 All the visitors including the Chief Guest, dignitaries and parents appreciated the wonderful creations of the students and lauded the school for its efforts for bringing out the hidden talents of the students. This event provided a platform for the budding students to express their creativity and gain confidence.
